Acceptance and Measurement Methods for Main Performance of DC Stabilized Power Supplies
This power supply product is a universal DC output stable power supply, and its performance specifications and testing methods comply with the following regulations. When the requirements exceed
This provision should be clearly stated in the contract.
The main performance testing precautions and testing methods are as follows:
1) Attention:
1) When measuring, the cumulative effect of all other influencing factors should be kept less than 1/10 of the specified value of the measured effect.
2) The load is a variable influence variable, and when the load is continuously adjustable, it should be carried out at the two points of * small value and * large value (when * small value
When it is zero, it is specified as 10% of the maximum value.
3) A four terminal circuit should be used to separate the current terminal and the measurement terminal to reduce measurement errors.
4) When the power supply provides the measuring terminal, it should be carried out on the measuring terminal, and the digital voltmeter test head should be inserted into the center hole of the terminal post
to the end.
5) When measuring a steady current power supply, a sampling resistor RM should be used to ensure that the voltage drop on it is proportional to the current and should be less than the error of the measured effect
The difference limit is 1/10, and the error caused by it should be considered in the error analysis. At the same time, the sampling resistor R M should use a four terminal circuit
Separate the current end from the measuring end to reduce measurement errors.
6) When the stable output of voltage or current is continuously adjustable, it should be done at the two points of * small value and * large value (when * small value
When it is zero, it is specified as 10% of the maximum value.
Testing method
(1) Measurement of load effects, cycles, and random offsets.
The measurement of load effect is the measurement of the change in voltage or current stable output caused solely by changes in the load.
2) The measurement of period and random offset refers to the irregular fluctuations in the stable output of voltage or current (formerly known as ripple and
Measurement of noise. The measurement frequency range is 10Hz~10MHz, and a single grounding point must be used during measurement,
To avoid measurement errors.
3) The measurement should be taken within a time interval of 1.5 seconds to 11.5 seconds after the load adjustment is completed.
4) Measure the source voltage at 198V, 220V, and 242V respectively.
