Soldering method of using soldering iron to solder chip components

Welding components
Before replacing new components, make sure the soldering pad is clean. First apply tin on one end of the soldering pad (do not apply too much tin), then clamp the component with tweezers, solder one end of the soldering pad first, and then solder the other end. , and finally use tweezers to fix the components, and plate both ends of the components with an appropriate amount of tin for trimming.

Disassemble components
If there are not many components around, you can use a soldering iron to heat both ends of the component for 2 to 3 seconds and then quickly move it back and forth on both ends of the component. At the same time, the hand holding the soldering iron can be pushed to one side with a little force to remove it. components. If the surrounding components are dense, you can use your left hand to hold the tip of the tweezers to gently pinch the middle of the component. Use a soldering iron to fully melt the tin at one end and quickly move it to the other end of the component. At the same time, lift it up with your left hand slightly, so that when the tin at one end is When it is fully melted but not yet solidified and the other end is also melted, you can remove it with the tweezers in your left hand.

Let's briefly talk about what to do if there is a short circuit during soldering with lead solder paste?
The first thing to consider is whether there is any residual leakage on the PCB, so you must first determine whether there is leakage when using solder with lead solder paste.

After drilling and soldering the PCB, do you clean it? If leakage occurs, it may be due to several factors.

1. If the PCB board is broken, it itself has been short-circuited. Regarding this, pre-soldering tests can be performed before using the PCB board.

2. It has not been cleaned. In addition, it needs to be clarified whether the cleaning agent used will cause corrosion or leave residue.

The solder joints on the PCB board should not be too close, and the frequency of power supply between the solder joints is also a factor that needs to be considered for leakage.

When the solder joints are tightly gathered or the frequency of energization between the solder joints is very high, in order to obtain the best soldering effect, it is recommended to use lead-free solder wire or rosin-core solder wire, and clean it after the soldering is completed.

Leakage may be related to the insulation resistance of the electrical appliance itself. The smaller the insulation resistance of the electrical appliance, the greater the possibility of leakage. The insulation resistance of different types of lead solder pastes varies due to the different active agents in them.
