The name and function of each part of the microscope

The parts of the microscope include the mirror base, mirror column, mirror arm, mirror tube, objective converter, mirror stage and adjuster. Mirror base: Used to support the entire mirror body. Mirror column: Used to connect the mirror base and mirror arm. Mirror arm: It is the part of the microscope that is held in the hand when it is taken and put down. Tube: The upper end of the tube contains the eyepiece and the lower end contains the objective converter.

Each part of the microscope includes the mirror base, mirror column, mirror arm, mirror tube, objective lens converter, mirror stage and adjuster.
1,Mirror base: used to support the whole mirror body.

2,Mirror column: used to connect the mirror base and mirror arm.

3,Mirror arm: It is the hand grip part when taking and placing the microscope.

4,Mirror tube: the upper end of the tube is equipped with eyepieces, and the lower end is equipped with an objective lens converter.

5, objective converter: is the installation of the objective lens parts, turn the converter, you can switch to different magnification of the objective lens.

6,Mirror table: used to place the slide specimen, the mirror table is equipped with a slide specimen propeller, the propeller has a spring clip on the left side, used to clamp the slide specimen, there is a propeller adjusting wheel under the mirror table, so that the slide specimen for the left and right, forward and backward direction of the movement.

7, Adjuster: It is a spiral of two sizes mounted on the mirror column, when adjusted, it can make the mirror table move in up and down direction.

The difference between an inverted microscope and an inverted microscope.
Medical microscope can be divided into optical microscope and electron microscope microscope, optical microscope is divided into orthogonal microscope objective and inverted microscope. The difference between the two is:

1, the objective lens and the relative position of the carrier stage is different: orthogonal microscope objective lens conversion disc facing downward, the carrier stage in the objective lens below; inverted microscope objective lens is up, the carrier stage in the objective lens above.

2, applicable conditions are different: orthogonal microscope objective suitable for observation of slices, etc.; inverted microscope is suitable for observing the living cells inside the petri dish.

3, the working distance is different: orthogonal microscope objective working distance is relatively short; inverted microscope working distance is long.
