1. Internal creaking sound
The internal components of the hygrometer should be firmly seated; When you hear a clicking sound while using the device, it is likely that there is a problem. This is usually a good indicator that something in the device has broken or become loose.
2. Readability
Being able to see clear readings on the display screen is an important part of the moisture meter testing process. As we discussed earlier, sometimes when the battery runs out, it can cause the screen backlight to fail or the digital segments on the digital display screen to malfunction.
