Basic working principle of linear power supply
The working process of the main loop of linear power supply is that the input power supply is initially stabilized by AC voltage through the pre-voltage stabilizing circuit, and then converted into DC power supply through the isolation rectification of the main working transformer, and then the linear adjusting element is finely adjusted under the intelligent control of the control circuit and the single-chip microprocessor controller, so that it can output a high-precision DC voltage source.
1. Power transformer and rectification: convert 380V alternating current into required direct current.
2. Pre-voltage stabilizing circuit: relay elements or thyristor elements are used to pre-adjust and preliminarily stabilize the input AC or DC voltage, thus reducing the power consumption of linear adjusting elements, improving work efficiency and ensuring high accuracy and stability of the output voltage source.
3. Linear adjustment element: finely adjust the filtered DC voltage to make the input voltage reach the required value and accuracy requirements.
4. Filter circuit: stop and absorb the pulsating wave, interference and noise of DC power supply to the maximum extent, so as to ensure low ripple, low noise and low interference of the output voltage of DC power supply.
5. Single-chip microcomputer control system: The single-chip microprocessor controller compares, judges, calculates and analyzes the detected signals, and then sends out corresponding control instructions to make the whole stabilized voltage system of DC stabilized power supply work normally, reliably and harmoniously.
6. Auxiliary power supply and reference voltage source: provide high-precision reference voltage source and power supply needed by electronic circuit for DC voltage stabilizing system.
7. Voltage sampling and voltage adjustment: detect the output voltage value of DC regulated power supply and set and adjust the output voltage value of DC regulated power supply.
8. Comparison and amplification circuit: After comparing the output voltage value of the DC regulated power supply with the voltage of the reference source to obtain an error voltage signal, amplify the feedback and control the linear adjustment element to ensure the stability of the output voltage.
9. Current detection circuit: obtain the output current value of DC regulated power supply for current limiting or protection control.
10. Driving circuit: a power amplifier circuit for driving executable components.
11. Display: the display of output voltage value and output current value of DC regulated power supply.
