digital multimeter measuring triode
Detection of NPN transistors on the road:
1. Adjust the multimeter to the "diode" gear
2. Connect the red test lead to the B pole of the transistor, and the black test lead to measure the C pole and E pole respectively. At this time, the forward voltage of the multimeter should be 0.5-0.7.
3. Connect the black test lead to the B pole, and the red test lead to measure the C and E pins. The reverse direction should be infinity, and the multimeter displays "1".
4. When the C pole and E pole are measured in the forward and reverse directions, the forward voltage drop value should be 1:00, and the reverse direction is infinite.
PNP triode on the road is good or bad detection:
The same as the NPN triode measurement method, the test leads are opposite, the black test leads measure the base and the red test leads measure the positive direction of the collector and the emitter.
