Discussion on the Requirements of Manual Soldering for the Temperature of Electric Soldering Iron

In our daily experiments, the operation effect of the electric soldering iron is often affected by various factors, such as the quality of the technician, the weldment, the tin wire, the use of flux, and the quality of the electric soldering iron all directly affect the use of the soldering iron. , technicians are the foundation of work, without technicians, work will not be possible; weldment is the carrier of work, all operations must have weldment; tin wire is an indispensable existence in the whole work, without tin If the welding material is missing, the work cannot be carried out smoothly; the flux is the combustion aid of the welding work. Choosing the correct flux can greatly improve the quality and efficiency of welding, and the electric soldering iron is the key to the whole work. fundamental. During the use of electric soldering iron, the temperature also has a direct impact on the working effect. With the current technology in our country, the constant temperature adjustment of the soldering iron has not been popularized in a large area. Basically, all electric soldering irons used in manual soldering require technical The personnel carry out temperature control, which puts forward higher requirements for the work of technicians, and also increases their workload. In order to reduce the workload of this part of the staff, researchers are working on the development of thermostatic and temperature-adjustable electric soldering irons.

welding process

1 Warm up, prepare
Before the soldering work, it is necessary to preheat the electric soldering iron to facilitate the smooth progress of the subsequent steps. At the same time, use flux to remove the oxides on the tip of the soldering iron, so that the tip of the soldering iron can reach the cleanest state, and then tinned. The temperature transfer of the soldering iron tip can be made more quickly, and the best soldering effect can be achieved. Then hold the soldering wire in your left hand, keep the soldering iron steady with your right hand, and start preparing.

2 Heating the weldment
Put the tip of the soldering iron close to the weldment and the circuit board to heat it. During this process, you must pay attention to the control of time and temperature, otherwise the circuit board will be damaged and the work will be affected.

3 Feed tin wire
When the welding surface meets the required temperature, put the solder wire and the soldering iron 135. Close to the weldment, we must pay attention to the appropriate amount of tin solution during this process. Too little solution will easily cause weak welding, and too much welding will easily lead to internal vacuum and short circuit of the circuit board.

4 Remove the tin wire
When enough tin solution has melted, quickly push the tin wire up 45. Move it, distance it from the soldering iron, and remove it in time.

5 Remove the soldering iron
After the soldering work is completed, be sure to remove the soldering iron in time,
Same as tin wire, 45. Move up. Be sure to pay attention to safety during this process to avoid burns.

6 Power off and clean up
After the work is over, you must remember to unplug the power supply, cool down the soldering iron, and clean up various oxides on the head of the soldering iron.
