How to use the Grain Moisture Meter:
Grain moisture analyzer preparation before measurement:
1. Take off the measuring cell, hold the lower part of the measuring cell with one hand, and the upper part with the other hand; unscrew the measuring cell counterclockwise (note: do not touch the three electrodes of the measuring cell)
2. Put the sample to be tested into the measuring cell with a special spoon, then smooth the surface of the sample in the measuring cell, tighten the measuring cell, and check whether the pressure indicator on the sample cell is flush with the top surface of the measuring cell. If it is not flush, you need to open the measuring tank and repeat the previous operation. Until the pressure indicator is flush with the top surface after tightening.
3. Align the measuring cell and the connecting hole, and insert the measuring cell into the connecting hole of the instrument.
When measuring with a grain moisture analyzer
1. Press the "Measurement" button, and the measurement result will be displayed on the LCD after a few seconds. A sample can be measured 9 times in a row in order to calculate the average value.
2. Press the "Average" button, and the average value of multiple measurement results of the same sample will be displayed on the LCD.
3. Press the "Average" button again, the instrument will automatically shut down, and the measurement of a sample is over.
