Moisture content is an important indicator for evaluating the quality of corn [5], and it is also the main reference for purchasers to grade and price. One difference in moisture is one penny per catty [2] .
The state divides grain quality into five grades. Wheat and corn are based on bulk density, and rice is based on roughness rate [6]. Other foreign-grade grains are priced by the purchasing enterprises according to the market conditions and purchased by themselves. The method of increasing the amount of grain moisture, impurities, etc. has been clearly stipulated. For example, if the content of moisture, impurities, and imperfect grains is lower than or higher than the standard, the amount of deductions will be increased according to the regulations [7].
