How to use gas electric soldering iron

The soldering iron valve adjusts the size of the valve to control the temperature of the soldering iron tip. When adjusting the temperature, the temperature can be judged by observing the brightness of the opening of the soldering iron tip.
When closing, the valve will have a certain delay, and the flame will not be extinguished immediately. Be careful not to lower the adjustment too much, otherwise it will be very dangerous. There is a small hole at the bottom of the soldering iron for gas refilling, which is the same as refilling a lighter when using it.
Precautions for using gas electric soldering iron
The soldering iron tip is a long-lived soldering iron tip made of pure copper as the substrate, iron-plated, chrome-plated and tin-plated multi-layer coatings. It must not be polished or changed with a file.
There are various types of soldering iron tips in the accessories, you need to choose according to the situation when purchasing, because the volume of the gas storage tank is limited, you need to do various preparations before welding, and then ignite the soldering iron, and it is forbidden to ignite for a long time. Note that corrosive fluxes cannot be used in soldering.
