Biological microscope is used to observe and study biological slices, biological cells, bacteria, living tissue culture, fluid sedimentation, etc., and can observe other transparent or translucent objects, powders, fine particles and other objects.
1. Strictly follow the instructions in the instruction manual, put on the dust cover after use, cut off the power supply, and develop good habits.
2. When moving the biological microscope, you must hold the curved arm of the microscope with one hand and the base of the microscope with the other hand. It is forbidden to walk with one hand.
3. It is strictly forbidden to disassemble any parts on the microscope without permission.
4. The microscope must be placed on a stable table, and the operator should sit upright, natural and comfortable, with both eyes open to observe.
5. Before each use of the microscope, regardless of the size of the object, the order must be low magnification first, then high magnification, and finally debug with an oil immersion mirror.
6. When debugging the microscope at low magnification, you must observe the rise of the stage while turning the coarse adjustment screw, and then observe the lifting stage in the eyepiece to find the object. Never turn the coarse adjustment screw when using high power and oil immersion lenses.
7. When observing the sample of the liquid medicine, be sure to add a cover glass or put it in a petri dish, and use filter paper to absorb the overflowing water or liquid medicine around the cover glass to avoid contact with the microscope lens and cause the lens to be corroded.
8. When cleaning mechanical parts such as microscope metal. It can be wiped with gauze lightly dipped in alcohol. When cleaning the dust on the optical parts such as the lens, you can use the ear-washing ball to absorb the dust or wipe with absorbent cotton lightly dipped in special cleaning solution. Never wipe with hands, cloth, rough paper, etc.
