A simple method of soldering wires without using an electric soldering iron

The simplest way to solder a wire without an electric soldering iron is to burn it with a lighter. I still remember when I was a child, I loved playing with electronics. At that time, there was no electric soldering iron, and I used a lighter at home to burn the wires.

Use a wire stripper to strip two wires and expose a portion of the copper wire, then twist the two wires together. Wrap a thinner solder wire around the wire twist point, take out a lighter, and burn the solder! Pay attention to using electrical insulation tape for treatment to prevent electric shock.

You can also use an alcohol lamp without a lighter. If there is an alcohol lamp, you can directly burn it with an alcohol lamp. The melting point of the solder is about 2 Baidu, and the heat of the alcohol lamp can reach 60-7 Baidu, without any problem.

Another method is to heat and burn them red using iron rods, thin steel bars, or red copper (most soldering iron heads are made of red copper, while others use alloys), and then weld them. When I was young, there were coal stoves at home that burned honeycomb coal. At that time, coal tongs were used to burn red in the stoves, which could also be used for welding wires.

If your conditions are good, you can purchase solder paste, which is also quite useful. However, it is generally used for soldering mobile phone chips. You only need to apply the solder paste to the twisted parts of the wires, burn them with a lighter, or blow them with a high-power hair dryer. Be careful not to forget to use electrical insulation tape for processing.
