Advantages of Super Depth of Field Microscopy
Laser confocal microscopes employ an optical system that produces high-quality images and performs precise 3D measurements through non-destructive observation. Its preparation is also very simple and requires no pretreatment of samples.
Features of laser confocal microscope
1. Stray light, which is usually easy to generate in scan heads and other designs, is completely eliminated here, and reflection loss at the fiber input/output end is also minimized. This greatly improves image contrast and photon effects.
2. The transmission effect is significantly improved, and its fluorescence image brightness is three times higher than that of ordinary NIKON microscopes. By using high-efficiency photomultiplier tubes, high-definition images can be provided for fluorescent samples that were too dark to observe in the past.
3. The signal-to-noise ratio is seven times higher than that of previous NIKON microscopes, greatly improving the imaging quality.
4. Using a new analog/digital image acquisition card, the signal quality is improved when converting between analog and digital signals.
5. High-precision scanning controller and high-quality signal generator, its image reaches 4 million pixels. Optical resolution is not compromised even at high electronic magnifications, and limiting resolution is usually not required.
6.12-bit image gray scale guarantees the image quality, dynamic range and sensitivity required by four megapixels.
