Analysis of anti-interference performance index of AC stabilized power supply

Oct 14, 2022

1. Power Transient Sensitivity

Transient the input supply voltage from 10% above rated value to 30% above rated value, then from 10% below rated value to 30% below rated value. However, after 30s of work after the transient process, it should be able to recover to the normal working state required by the technical conditions.

2. Conducted interference

Make the power supply equipment work under the rated conditions, and use the electromagnetic interference measuring instrument to test.

3. Repetitive Pulse Sensitivity (also known as Spike Interference Rejection)

Tested with a spike jammer simulator. Under normal circumstances, the test conditions are 1kw load (products below 1kw take the rated power) to test with a voltage of 500~4000v superimposed on the input power supply and a peak pulse with a width of 10 ? s. Observe the residual pulse voltage at the input terminal of the power supply device under test, and express it with the open-circuit voltage value (or attenuation ratio) corresponding to the input spike.

4. Electrical fast transient burst (also known as burst) sensitivity

Using the burst interference simulator to test, the duration of the burst is 15ms, the period is 300ms, the width of a single pulse in the burst is 50ns, and the pulse amplitude is 500~4000v.

5. Surge (also known as surge) sensitivity

Using the surge interference simulator to test, the surge waveform pulse width is required to be 50 s (rise time 1 s), the current waveform pulse width is 16 s (rise time 6.4 s), and the pulse amplitude is 500~4000v.
