Anemometer Instructions
1. Before use, observe whether the pointer of the ammeter points to the zero point. If there is any deviation, gently adjust the mechanical zero adjustment screw on the ammeter to make the pointer return to the zero point.
2. "Calibration switch" is set to "off", and "power supply selection" switch is set to the selected power supply. If you use an external power supply, pull the "power selection" switch to the "external connection" position, and connect two sets of DC power supplies (1 group 1.5V, 1 group 4.5V) to the "external power supply" terminal, and do not connect the wrong polarity " If you use the internal battery box of the instrument, do not connect the polarity wrongly. Insert the plug of the measuring rod into the socket, place the measuring rod vertically upward, and press the screw plug tightly to seal the probe.
3. Put the "calibration shape" at the "full scale" position, and slowly adjust the "full scale adjustment" knob to make the meter point at the full scale position.
4. Put the "calibration switch" at the "zero position", slowly adjust the two knobs of "coarse adjustment" and "fine adjustment", so that the meter points at the zero position.
5. After the above steps, gently pull the screw plug to expose the measuring rod probe (the length can be selected according to the needs), and the measurement can be carried out. When measuring, the red point on the measuring head is aligned with the wind direction, and the wind speed is read from the meter. According to the reading of the ammeter, consult the supplied calibration curve to find out the measured wind speed.
6. After measuring for several minutes (10 minutes), press the screw plug of the measuring rod tightly to seal the probe, and repeat the above steps 3 and 4 once to ensure the accuracy of the measurement.
7. After the measurement is completed, the "calibration switch" is placed in the "off" position.
