Application and Precautions of Anemometer

1. Classification of anemometers
According to the principle: thermal anemometer, ultrasonic anemometer, impeller anemometer, three-cup anemometer, pitot tube anemometer, etc.

Divided by probe shape: directional anemometer, non-directional anemometer

According to the test range and test parameters: medium and high temperature anemometer, micro anemometer, multi-parameter environmental tester, etc.

Anemometer Application
Anemometers are widely used and can be used flexibly in all fields. They are widely used in electric power, steel, petrochemical, energy-saving and other industries. There are other applications in the Beijing Olympic Games, such as sailing competitions, rowing competitions, field shooting competitions, etc. Need to use an anemometer to measure. Anemometers are relatively advanced. In addition to measuring wind speed, they can also measure wind temperature and air volume. There are many industries that need to use anemometers, recommended industries: fishing industry, various fan manufacturing industries, industries that require ventilation and exhaust systems, etc.

Anemometer Different seasons and different geographical conditions will cause the wind direction in the atmosphere to change constantly. For example, the wind direction of the seaside is different day and night, and there are different monsoons in winter and summer. Studying wind direction can help us predict and study climate change. Studying wind direction requires the use of an anemometer. The design of the anemometer is mostly in the shape of an arrow, but also in the shape of an animal, like a rooster. The fletch part of the anemometer will rotate with the wind direction. The anemometer needs to be installed in a place where there are no buildings or trees that obstruct the movement of the wind. Purpose and scope of application QDP series thermal bulb electric anemometer is used in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, meteorology, agriculture, refrigeration and drying, labor hygiene investigation, etc. It can be used when it is necessary to measure the airflow velocity indoors and outdoors or models. It is a basic instrument for measuring low wind speed.

Precautions for use of anemometer
1. It is forbidden to use the anemometer in a flammable gas environment.

2. It is forbidden to place the anemometer probe in flammable gas. Otherwise, fire or even explosion may result.

3. Do not disassemble or modify the anemometer. Otherwise, electric shock or fire may result.

4. Please use the anemometer correctly according to the requirements of the instruction manual. Improper use may cause electric shock, fire and sensor damage.

5. During use, if the anemometer emits abnormal smell, sound or smoke, or liquid flows into the anemometer, please shut down immediately and take out the battery. Otherwise, there will be danger of electric shock, fire and damage to the anemometer.

6. Do not expose the probe and anemometer body to the rain. Otherwise, there may be danger of electric shock, fire and personal injury.

7. Do not touch the sensor inside the probe.

8. When the anemometer is not in use for a long time, please take out the internal battery. Otherwise, the battery may leak and cause damage to the anemometer.

9. Do not place the anemometer in places with high temperature, high humidity, dust and direct sunlight. Otherwise, it will cause damage to internal components or deterioration of the performance of the anemometer.

10. Do not wipe the anemometer with volatile liquid. Otherwise, the shell of the anemometer may be deformed and discolored. If the surface of the anemometer is stained, it can be wiped with a soft cloth and neutral detergent.

11. Do not drop or put heavy pressure on the anemometer. Otherwise, it will cause malfunction or damage of the anemometer.

12. Do not touch the sensor part of the probe when the anemometer is charged. Otherwise, it will affect the measurement result or cause damage to the internal circuit of the anemometer.
