The hot blast stove vault is a special occasion. The measurement of vault temperature must not only solve the high temperature and high pressure problems of the measured target, but also adapt to the requirements of the changes in the open air environment throughout the year. After repeated practice and improvement, we designed a set of special protection devices with sealed windows. The method of use is to fix the infrared probe equipped with a protective device on the vault where the thermocouple was originally inserted, so that the probe can pass through the sealed window and the thermocouple jack, aim at the inside of the hot blast stove, and measure the temperature of the hot blast stove vault. temperature, the probe signal is sent to the instrument box installed on the control cabinet through the cable for processing, the temperature value is displayed, and a 4-20mA standard current signal is output, which is sent to a recorder or computer for processing. Since the infrared probe of this system does not contact high-temperature targets, it is stable, reliable and has a long service life. It can usually run continuously for more than five years, which can reduce thermocouple consumption and greatly reduce equipment operating costs and maintenance workload.


Measurement of internal temperature of hot air ducts
The temperature measurement device of this system is basically similar to the vault temperature measurement system. The infrared probe equipped with a protective device is installed on the original thermocouple socket of the hot air duct, and the infrared probe is passed through the sealed window of the protective device and then passes through the original electric current. Aim at the inside of the hot air duct to measure the temperature inside the hot air duct. Since the temperature measurement probe of this system is installed outside the sealed window, the entire temperature measurement system is completely isolated from the hot air in the pipe. Therefore, the probe replacement or other maintenance work of this system can be carried out without affecting the working status of the hot air in the pipe. The commonly used thermocouples must be replaced when the wind is off. In addition, thermocouples are consumables and are damaged more frequently. This temperature measurement system can reduce thermocouple consumption and reduce equipment operating costs. Currently, this system has been used by Benxi Steel, Chenggang, Laiwu Iron and Steel and other units, and has achieved good economic benefits.

 

Measurement of molten iron temperature in front of furnace
The method of measuring the molten iron in front of the furnace with the HDIR series infrared thermometer is: fixedly install the infrared temperature measurement probe equipped with a blower sleeve on a bracket 5-15 meters away from the molten iron, and aim at the molten iron ditch to continuously scan each furnace of molten iron. Measurement, the temperature signal measured by its probe is connected to the recorder to print the temperature curve or sent to the computer for data processing. The biggest advantage of this system is that it can automatically and continuously measure the temperature of molten iron in each furnace, which can effectively avoid the influence of human factors caused by manual insertion of temperature measurement methods. By analyzing the recorded temperature curve or other computer-processed information, the changing trend of the temperature of each furnace of molten iron can be more truly reflected, and the maximum temperature of each furnace can be intuitively read, providing a strong basis for production management and process improvement. At present, this system has been used by Esteel Steel, Shougang and other units, and has received favorable comments from users.
