Basic functional requirements and DC regulated power supply technical indicators

1. The output voltage value can be arbitrarily set and operate normally below the rated output voltage value.

2. The stable current value of the output current can be arbitrarily set and operate normally below the rated output current value.

3. The stable voltage and current states of the DC stabilized power supply can automatically switch and have corresponding status indicators.

4. The display and identification of the output voltage and current values are required.

5. For DC regulated power supply with precise requirements for output voltage and current values, multi turn Potentiometer and voltage and current fine tuning Potentiometer are generally used, or direct digital input is required.

6. There should be a complete protective circuit. The DC regulated power supply should not be damaged when there is a short circuit or abnormal working state at the output end, and can work normally immediately after the abnormal situation is eliminated.

Technical indicators

The technical indicators of DC regulated power supply can be divided into two categories: one is characteristic indicators, which reflect the inherent characteristics of DC regulated power supply, such as input voltage, output voltage, output current, and output voltage regulation range; Another type is quality indicators, which reflect the advantages and disadvantages of DC regulated power sources, including stability, equivalent internal resistance (output resistance), ripple voltage, and temperature coefficient.

Daily maintenance of regulated power supply

1. The regulated power supply should be placed in a ventilated, dry, non direct sunlight, and non corrosive gas indoor environment for use;

2. The power selected for the regulated power supply should be greater than the total power of the electrical appliances;

3. The regulated power switch should not be used as the main switch of electrical appliances. The regulated power switch should be turned on first, and after the power output is available, different electrical appliances should be connected in order from small to large (measured by power); When shutting down, turn off the power from large to small, and then turn off the power supply switch;

4. The switch of the regulated power supply should not be turned on frequently, and the time interval between each turn on should be greater than 10 seconds, otherwise it may cause misprotection or even damage to the regulated power supply.
