1. Measuring material temperature with host and temperature probe
Insert the plug of the temperature measuring probe into the host socket, press the power switch, insert the metal rod of the temperature measuring probe into the object to be measured, the insertion depth is not less than 1/2 of its length, and read the temperature data on the host in about two minutes. When measuring the temperature of the mixture, in order to avoid excessive impact between the temperature probe and the hard objects in the mixture and affect the service life, you can use a metal stick to reserve a hole in the mixture, and then insert the temperature probe into the hole temperature measurement. The temperature measuring probe should be wiped clean after each use.
2. Measuring the Temperature of Mass Concrete with the Host and Temperature Measuring Line
After the construction temperature measurement plan is determined, select a temperature measurement line with an appropriate length and specification according to the number and depth of temperature measurement points, for example: if the actual temperature measurement point is 0.2m ~ 0.3m deep, you can choose a temperature measurement line with a specification of 0.5m; the actual temperature measurement The point depth is 2.5m ~ 2.8m, and the temperature measuring line with a specification of 3m can be selected, and so on. When pre-embedding, steel bars and other rods can be used as supports, and the temperature measuring line is tied to the support according to the distance between the longitudinal temperature measurement points. The temperature sensor and the support should be heat-insulated. When pouring concrete, implant the support with the temperature measuring line into the concrete, place the temperature sensor at the temperature measuring point, leave the plug outside the concrete and cover it with a plastic bag to avoid moisture and keep it clean. For ease of operation, the length of wire left outside should be greater than 20cm. When measuring temperature, press the power switch of the host, insert the plug of the temperature measuring line into the socket of the host, and the temperature of the corresponding temperature measurement point will be displayed on the display of the host.
3. Measuring the temperature of concrete in winter construction with the main engine and temperature measuring line
When pouring concrete, reserve temperature measuring holes according to the winter construction temperature measurement plan, place a temperature measuring line in each hole, leave the plug of the temperature measuring line outside the hole and cover it with a plastic bag to avoid moisture and keep it clean. When measuring temperature, press the power switch of the host, insert the plug of the temperature measuring line into the socket of the host, and the temperature of the corresponding temperature measurement point will be displayed on the display of the host. After each stage of temperature measurement, store the temperature measurement line for future use.
