Voltage tester
1.1 Basic composition of digital multimeter. A digital multimeter generally consists of the following parts, as shown in Figure 1.
1.1.1 Test result display area: The digital multimeter displays the relevant results in digital form. When reading the test results, the staff need to pay attention to the small characters behind.
1.1.2 Special function area: For different brands and types of digital multimeters, in order to realize the extension and expansion of functions, various special function keys are added to the function table, and the specific functions of these functional keys are also different. For example, after pressing "RANGE" on the multimeter in Figure 1, the switching state between manual transmission and automatic transmission will appear immediately. The screen display area will display "autorange", indicating that the current state is automatic, and the staff need to carefully observe the words displayed on the screen during use.
1.1.3 Function indication area: In the process of measuring with different functions of the digital multimeter, you can select the desired function by rotating the button. 1.1.4 Test lead jack area: When using a certain function of the digital multimeter to measure, the staff needs to choose the jack that meets the actual situation. Insert the black test lead line into the "com" hole, and the red test lead line needs to be properly inserted into the corresponding jack according to different functions.
