Set it according to the actual situation, but the temperature and wind should not be too large, so as not to burn out the chip or components, and use it when the preheating temperature reaches the required temperature.
4. In the process of installing a new chip, when the hot air soldering station is not used temporarily, the hot air temperature knob can be adjusted to the middle position, and the hot air wind knob can be adjusted to a smaller state. You can restore it when you use it again. It consumes electricity and is dangerous if you keep it hot all the time. If you turn off the power, you can cause even more trouble.
5. Pay attention to the distance between the air gun mouth and the desoldering. When using a hot air soldering station to disassemble or weld a certain part, you cannot directly place the air outlet on the part to be desoldered, so as to avoid the hot temperature and burn out the part to be desoldered.
6. After using the hot air soldering station, pay attention to cooling the body, and do not unplug the power quickly after turning off the power. Wait for the short-term cold air blown by the heating pipe to end, so as not to affect the service life of the soldering station.
7. When standing the hot air soldering station, the handle should be placed on the bracket to prevent accidents.
