Brief introduction of hand-held wind speed and direction meter

The hand-held wind speed wind can be used to monitor the wind direction and speed in meteorological monitoring, agricultural and forestry crop planting, navigation, aviation and other fields. The instrument is composed of a pole, a wind vane, a wind cup and a wind direction and speed sensor. The wind cup can determine the direction of the wind, and the wind cup speed can be used for wind speed calculation. The instrument is rechargeable, has charging protection, low voltage prompt function, can manually record the wind direction and wind speed, and can also be automatically monitored by the instrument for a long time. The instrument has a voice alarm function and can broadcast over-limit information. The monitoring data can be transmitted wirelessly, and users can view the monitoring data on the web.

The installation direction of the hand-held anemometer sensor needs to point to the true north. If there is a deviation in the direction, a one-button reset operation is required. After facing the true north, press and hold the operation button for 1-2 seconds and then automatically reset. Avoid high temperature, high humidity, dusty, and direct sunlight environments to avoid affecting the performance of the instrument. The instrument adopts low power consumption design, adds system monitoring and protection measures, can work for a long time, and avoids system crash. The host of the instrument has a large storage capacity and can record multiple sets of data. The instrument has a built-in lithium battery function.

The hand-held anemometer is a more precise instrument, which is strictly protected against collision and vibration, and cannot be used in places with excessive dust or corrosiveness. There are 4 batteries in the instrument, which are divided into two groups, one group is three cells in series, and the other group is single cell. When adjusting the "full scale adjustment" knob, if the ammeter cannot reach the full scale, it means that the single cell battery has been exhausted. When adjusting the "coarse adjustment" and "fine adjustment" knobs, if the pointer of the meter cannot return to zero, it means that the three batteries are exhausted. When replacing the batteries, open the small door at the bottom of the instrument and connect them in the correct direction. After the instrument is repaired, it must be recalibrated.
