However, due to the influence of factors such as substrate material and roughness, it is necessary to calibrate the paint film thickness gauge before each use in practical use. If this is not done, there will be a 3-10% error in the measurement results after long-term use. If the measurement value is relatively large, it may not be obvious. As soon as the measurement value is small, problems will arise. For example, if the thickness of the customer's product sprayed is 60um (assuming the actual value is also 60um), our measurement value is 40um. In this way, the error becomes 20um, and the measurement result has a large deviation from the actual value, exceeding the allowable range.
