Calibration steps of Lei Magnetic pH Meter Measuring Electrode
Screw the electrode stem into the electrode stem socket, adjust the electrode clamp to the appropriate position, and unplug the short-circuit socket.
the
The compound electrode clip is on the electrode clip and the electrode cover at the front end of the electrode is pulled down. Rinse the electrode with distilled water, and blot dry with filter paper after cleaning. The power cord is plugged into a power outlet.
the
After the power is turned on, preheat for 30 minutes, and then perform calibration. The instrument must be calibrated before use. Generally, when the instrument is in continuous use, it should be calibrated once a day.

Calibration steps of Lei Magnetic pH meter
the
Insert the composite electrode at the measuring electrode socket;
Turn the selection switch knob to the PH position;
Press the "Temperature" button to make the instrument enter the solution temperature adjustment state, press "▲" or "▼" on the "Temperature" button to adjust the temperature display value to increase or decrease, so that the instrument displays the current solution temperature value, and then press "OK" ” key, the instrument returns to the pH measurement state after determining the solution temperature.
Insert the electrode that has been washed with distilled water and blotted dry with filter paper into the standard solution of pH=6.86 with a magnetic pH meter, and press the "Position" button after the reading is stable (at this time, the pH indicator flashes slowly, indicating that the instrument is in the state of positioning and calibration) , press "▲" or "▼" on the "Positioning" key to adjust the pH display value to rise or fall, so that the instrument display reading is consistent with the pH value of the buffer solution at the current temperature, and then press the "Enter" key (such as mixing phosphoric acid Salt at 10°C, pH=6.92).
Turn the slope adjustment knob clockwise to the bottom (i.e. to the 100% position); adjust the positioning adjustment knob so that the reading displayed by the instrument is consistent with the pH value when the temperature of the buffer solution drops at that time (for example, when the temperature is 100C with mixed phosphoric acid , PH=6.92)
the
Insert the electrode that has been washed with distilled water and blotted dry with filter paper into the standard solution of pH=4.00 (or pH=9.18), press the "Slope" button after the reading is stable, and press "▲" or "▼" on the "Slope" button Adjust the pH display value to rise or fall, so that the reading is the pH value of the solution at that time, then press the "OK" button, the instrument enters the pH measurement state, the pH indicator light stops flashing, and the instrument completes the calibration. Can only be measured after the calibration is completed
