4. Overview: The infrared thermometer is a non-touch measuring instrument, which is simple to use and can quickly perform non-touch and non-destructive temperature measurement.
5. Calibration procedure
The basis for establishing calibration: According to the temperature measurement scale, put a metal material sample with a diameter area larger than the target diameter required by the infrared thermometer in the resistance furnace. The above is bundled with a certified S-type precious metal thermocouple, and the thermocouple is used as the reference temperature source. To ensure that the temperature of the temperature source is relatively stable, refer to the expansion uncertainty of the calibration temperature source should not exceed the table.
Calibration method: Calibrate the environmental conditions The ambient temperature (18 ~ 25) ℃ refers to the environmental humidity of the electrical measuring equipment operation should meet the requirements of its corresponding technical conditions.
