5. Wrong selection and failure to correctly analyze the measurement band applicable to the measured target.


6. Electrical noise in the leads caused by strong magnetic fields or incorrect selection of interconnecting cables or cables and wire problems with AC power cords.


7. The lens or window of the thermometer is cloudy.


8. The cable is not shielded due to incorrect grounding.


How to deal with high temperature of infrared thermometer
When problem one is caused, we can choose other thermometer equipment to compare the temperature measurement. If it is caused by problem two, then the emissivity value can be reset. If it is caused by problem three, we need to adjust the temperature measurement distance. If The solution caused by problem four is shading to shield the influence of background heat sources. If it is caused by problem five, it needs to be reselected. If it is caused by problem six, electromagnetic interference protection needs to be done. If it is caused by problem seven, the solution is to replace it. If the lens or window is caused by problem 8, it can be solved by rewiring it.
