Common detection methods for gas detection

Gas chromatography

The gas chromatography method is suitable for the analysis of inorganic gases such as hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, argon, helium, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, and the vast majority of organic gases above C3, such as methane, ethane, propylene. The gas chromatograph mainly consists of a gas path system, injection system, column constant temperature box, chromatographic column, detector, and data processing system. To obtain accurate and reliable analytical results by analyzing standard gases using gas chromatography, it is first necessary to establish an analytical method and select appropriate operating conditions and techniques.

Chemiluminescence method

Chemiluminescence method is a method of analyzing components using the luminescence phenomena generated by certain chemical reactions. It has the characteristics of high sensitivity, good selectivity, simple use, and speed. Applicable for the analysis of standard gases such as sulfides, nitrogen oxides, ammonia, etc.

Non dispersive infrared analysis method

Non dispersive infrared gas analyzer uses different gas chambers and detectors to measure the content of carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, sulfur dioxide, ammonia, methane, ethane, propane, butane, acetylene and other components in a mixed gas. The non dispersive infrared gas analyzer mainly consists of an infrared light source, sample chamber, filter, chopper, detector, amplifier, and data display device.

Micro oxygen analyzer

Trace oxygen analyzer: In the analysis of high-purity gases, almost all high-purity gases require accurate determination of trace oxygen content. Due to the large amount of (21%) oxygen in the atmosphere, accurately determining trace oxygen or even trace oxygen in high-purity gases is one of the difficulties in gas analysis.

Micro water analyzer

Trace moisture is also one of the main indicators for evaluating the quality of high-purity gases. Almost all high-purity gases have strict requirements for moisture content. Accurate measurement and strict control of moisture content in high-purity gases are necessary to ensure the quality of high-purity gases.
