Common fault analysis and troubleshooting of gas detectors!
During the use of the detector, the gas detector will inevitably fail. The following is a brief example of several troubleshooting methods. Of course, if the instrument fails, you should first ensure that the sampling system is in good condition, make sure that the air path such as the filter is not blocked, there is no condensate, and the air path is connected correctly and has the correct flow rate. Then check the detector and related equipment to see if there is any looseness or whether their power connection or pipeline connection is disconnected. Here are some fault analysis, hoping to help users:
1. The displayed value is stuck on the screen during operation, and adjusting the zero position of the potentiometer does not work: the connector is not in good contact or the terminal is not connected properly, check and eliminate it, and replace the connector if necessary; the measuring bridge has an open circuit , short circuit or poor release, find out and eliminate it. If there is a problem with the bridge arm in the ring chamber, it needs to be sent to the manufacturer for repair.
2. The heating indicator light on the front panel of the gas detector is not on for a long time: the heating plate is open, check the heating plate and its terminals, and discharge the bad contact. If the internal circuit of the heating plate is broken, replace it; the heating indicator is damaged, replace it; control the temperature The platinum resistor is open circuit, check whether the terminal is reliable, if the platinum resistor is internally broken, replace it; the terminal connected to the heating plate is loose, tighten the terminal screw.
3. The instrument display is unstable: the working current of the measuring bridge is unstable, check whether the voltage of the A and B test terminals on the power supply and signal amplifier board is stable at a value between 1.2V-1.3V, if not, replace it N2 (adjustable voltage regulator block at 3173 terminal); the power supply voltage of the op amp is abnormal, check whether the 12V voltage is stable, if not, replace the damaged components; the measuring bridge or related terminals have poor contact, check whether the related components are virtual Poor soldering and contact, if not, rule it out, and replace components if necessary.
4. After the power is turned on, the digital display meter of the gas detector has no display: the power switch is faulty, replace the power switch; the power fuse is blown, replace the fuse; the microcomputer power system is not cleared, tighten the terminal screws; the microcomputer system is faulty, send it to the manufacturer overhaul.
