Common fault repairs of switching power supply
1, Fault phenomenon: The power indicator light does not light up when turned on.
Inspection content: Check if the power supply is properly connected, if the circuit breaker is closed, and if there is a phase loss in the three-phase power supply.
Exclusion method: Connect the power supply and close the knife switch
2, Fault phenomenon: The power indicator light is normal, the fan is normal, and the working indicator light is not on.
Check content: Is the start switch in the start position
Exclusion method: If the starting switch is in the starting position and the whole machine does not work, then turn the starting switch again to the starting position
3, Fault phenomenon: The working indicator light is normal, but the current and voltage cannot be adjusted
Inspection content: Check whether the voltage regulation and current limiting knobs are adjusted to the * small position
Exclusion method: Rotate the voltage regulator and current limiting knob to the appropriate position according to the electroplating process requirements
4, Fault phenomenon: During operation, there is suddenly no current output, and the working indicator light is normal
Inspection content: Check if the connection from the power output terminal to the plating tank is disconnected
Exclusion method: Replace or reconnect the connecting wire
5, Fault phenomenon: During operation, there is suddenly no current output, and the protection indicator light flashes
Inspection content: 1. Check if the working environment temperature is too high and if the fan is working properly
Troubleshooting method: Eliminate fan faults and improve ventilation conditions
Inspection content: 2. Determine whether there is instantaneous overcurrent protection
Exclusion method: Restart according to the startup program to see if the power supply works properly
Inspection content: 3. Check whether the input voltage is normal, whether there is overvoltage or undervoltage, and whether there is phase loss when three-phase input
Troubleshooting method: After eliminating the power supply fault of the distribution line, restart according to the startup procedure
Inspection content: 4. Check for short circuits in the power rectifier tube
Exclusion method: Replace the rectifier tube
Inspection content: 5. Check whether the power devices are damaged and whether the input rectifier module is damaged
Exclusion method: Replace the power device of the same model and check if the drive circuit is damaged. If there is, replace it. Replace the input electroplating rectifier module.
