Inaccurate display of AC voltage or frequency of a certain phase: AC sampling circuit is damaged
The AC contactor does not pull in: the AC control circuit board is damaged, and the AC contactor is damaged
AC power distribution communication interruption: AC monitoring circuit board is damaged, AC communication cable is poorly connected, and communication address is set incorrectly
The monitoring unit does not work: the DC power supply cable, switch, and insurance of the monitoring unit are in poor contact or damaged, and the secondary power board in the monitoring unit is damaged.
Monitoring sheet works but no display: LCD screen is damaged or cable is badly connected.
All system communication is interrupted: the communication interface board is damaged or the mainboard of the monitoring unit is damaged.
Soft adjustment/control/management function damage: CPU board is damaged, software runs away due to strong interference.
Error alarm: External interference affects system communication and software runs away.
The module worksheet has no output: the module output fuse is damaged and the module voltage is low.
Serious uneven current sharing: The current sharing circuit of the module is damaged, and the output voltage difference of the module is too large.
Module failure alarm: The module has a hardware failure.
Module communication interruption: The internal monitoring CPU board of the module is damaged, and the module address is set incorrectly.
Module overvoltage protection: single module overvoltage.
The battery is powered off or protected by mistake: the DC control circuit board is damaged, the power off/protection parameter settings of the monitoring unit are unreasonable, the monitoring unit is incorrectly controlled, and the DC sampling circuit is faulty.
Inaccurate measurement of a certain DC parameter: The DC sampling component is damaged and the cable connection is poor.
