Digital Universal Tool Microscope Common Troubleshooting
1. The main optical path of the instrument is not bright, the main reasons are:
(1) The power supply of the instrument has no voltage output;
(2) The fuse of the transformer is blown;
(3) The light source bulb of the optical path system or the reading microscope bulb is damaged;
(4) The wire between the instrument base and the transformer is not connected properly.
2. The digital display box does not display, the main reasons are:
(1) The cable between the base of the instrument and the digital display box is not connected properly;
(2) The switch on the back panel of the digital display box is not turned on;
(3) The power cord of the digital display box is not plugged in;
(4) The x and y coordinate signal cables between the grating sensor on the instrument base and the digital display box are not connected properly;
(5) The circuit of the digital display box is short-circuited, broken or damaged.
3. The digital display box displays messy strokes or the last digit display is unstable, the main reasons are:
(1) The microcomputer has not completed automatic power-on, and has not entered the normal program;
(2) Segment or bit scanning failure, the segment or bit drive tube needs to be replaced;
(3) There is a seismic source near the instrument;
4. The digital display box suddenly alarms and goes out or misses the count, the main reasons are:
(1) The workbench moves too fast;
(2) The signal cable is not in good contact;
(3) The startup time is too long;
(4) The gap between the main and auxiliary gratings of the grating sensor causes the signal of the grating sensor to be too small. First check the cable connection, and then press the corresponding alarm coordinate reset button. If the alarm is released, it means that the workbench moves too fast. If it cannot be released, the grating signal needs to be adjusted and checked with an oscilloscope. It is a sine wave, the peak-to-peak value is greater than 2V and equal, the phase difference is 90 degrees, and it is circular on the oscilloscope.
5. The display value of the digital display box is out of tolerance, the main reasons are:
When the grating ruler is installed, it is not parallel to the guide rail of the workbench. The grating ruler should be adjusted to be parallel to the guide rail in the x and y directions respectively, and the error should not be greater than 10 μm.
6. There is no response when pressing the keyboard, the main reasons are:
The keyboard scan decoder is damaged.
