Common Troubleshooting for Industrial pH Meter Controllers
The electrode of the industrial pH meter controller shows no fluctuation when measuring the pH value, or when the industrial pH meter controller is calibrating, PH=7.00 can be adjusted in place, but PH=4.01 cannot be adjusted in place. Generally, it can be adjusted down to PH5~6. Continue to lower. These common troubleshooting steps are as follows:
1. The junction box of the industrial pH meter controller is damp: Open the junction box cover of the industrial pH meter controller, check whether there is water or moisture in the box, ensure that the box is dry, and check that the sealing performance of each part of the junction box is in place before proceeding. Calibration is OK, otherwise refer to step 2.
2. The contact opening of the electrode cable of the industrial pH meter controller is wrong: Open the back cover and junction box cover of the industrial pH meter controller host, and check whether the opening of the pH meter electrode cable is correct. The common problem is that there is a gap in the cable. The black conductive rubber has not been completely peeled off, including two places in the junction box and one place in the back cover of the main unit. Make sure it is peeled off and rewiring is correct. Otherwise, refer to step three.
3. The copper inner core wire of the industrial ph meter controller has a translucent insulating layer, black conductive rubber, and a black insulated outer layer of the copper network cable. 3. Water enters the electrode sheath. Remove the ph meter electrode extension cable and connect the ph meter electrode. Move the entire sheath to the main unit, directly connect the core wire and network cable of the pH meter electrode to the GLASS and REF terminals of the industrial pH meter controller main unit respectively. If the calibration is OK, refer to step five, otherwise cut it off. The pH meter electrode cable part exposed in the junction box should be re-opened according to the requirements of step 2, and then connected to the host for calibration. Otherwise, the pH meter electrode is damaged by moisture. Open the pH meter electrode sheath for inspection, and insert it into the casing. Water, moisture, or the pH meter electrode is damaged. Replace the pH electrode.
4. The pH meter electrode of the industrial pH meter controller is damaged: Check whether the pH meter electrode is broken, and if so, replace the pH meter electrode.
5. The extension cable of the industrial pH meter controller is damaged and water has entered. If the first calibration is OK, cut off the extension cable exposed in the junction box, reopen the cable according to the requirements of step 2, and perform calibration after the connection is OK. , otherwise the extension cable needs to be replaced.
