Daily maintenance of handheld gas detector
Gas detectors can detect various gases, such as hydrogen sulfide, carbon monoxide, oxygen, sulfur dioxide, phosphine, ammonia, nitrogen dioxide, hydrogen cyanide, chlorine, chlorine dioxide, ozone and combustible gases, etc., widely used in petrochemical On-site detection of coal, metallurgy, chemical industry, municipal gas, environmental monitoring and other places. It can meet the measurement requirements of special occasions, and it can detect gas concentration or leakage in tunnels, pipelines, storage tanks and confined spaces.
Routine maintenance of handheld gas detector:
1. Check the gas flow rate, usually 30/h, if the flow rate is too large or too small, it will have a great impact on the analyzer results.
2. Replace the filter paper: stop the air pump and drain the filter tank.
3. Check whether the gas system is leaking, whether the diaphragm of the air pump is damaged, whether the sealing ring of the sampling probe is broken, whether the four-way valve and condensate are damaged, etc.
4. Clean the sampling probe and dredge the sampling hole pipeline.
5. Check whether the condenser is working normally, and the temperature is generally adjusted within 3 degrees Celsius.
6. Check whether the measuring chamber is dirty and clean it in time.
