Daily maintenance points of trace dissolved oxygen meter
The selection experience of trace dissolved oxygen meter is widely used in air separation equipment. It can be used to measure process control parameters such as the purity of nitrogen in the upper and lower towers, the content of trace oxygen in the argon of the refined argon tower, and the final product. Quality control parameters such as pipeline gas, liquid nitrogen, and trace oxygen content in tank argon. The choice of the trace dissolved oxygen meter can be based on the different measurement principles of the trace dissolved oxygen meter, and comprehensively consider factors such as production control quality requirements, economic costs, maintenance workload and maintenance costs.
The routine maintenance of trace dissolved oxygen instrument should pay attention to the routine maintenance of the instrument:
(1) Avoid the sample gas with high oxygen content from entering the fuel cell. Excessive oxygen content in the sample gas will increase the corrosion effect of the lead electrode. When the lead electrode is corroded normally, a nitric acid solution can be prepared in a ratio of 1:4, and the lead electrode can be cleaned with a diluent. When the lead electrode is seriously corroded, only the lead electrode can be replaced, and the electrolyte should be replaced regularly.
(2) Keep the pressure and flow of the sample gas to be tested constant.
(3) Regularly add distilled water to the container and adjust the humidifier to ensure the electrolyte level.
(4) The calibration gas is to use 80% of the standard gas of the range to calibrate the range to ensure the accuracy of the measurement.
(5) The exhaust pipeline of the trace dissolved oxygen meter should ensure that the normal pressure is unobstructed, so as to avoid the pressure and blockage of the exhaust pipe, which will affect the measurement accuracy of the instrument. At present, the most widely used air separation equipment is the micro fuel cell type trace oxygen analyzer. The measurement principle is the same as the trace oxygen analyzer, but the micro fuel cell is hermetically sealed. The fuel cell.
Precautions for Trace Dissolved Oxygen Analyzers
(1) In normal measurement, every 100 ml of electrolyte can react with no less than 1 gram of water. If the measurement time is too long, the sensitivity of the reagent decreases, and the reagent should be replaced with a new one.
(2) Do not touch the reagent with your hands. In case of skin contact, the micrometer should be flushed with water from the bottom of the micrometer. There should be good ventilation when changing reagents.
(3) Storage of reagents; it must be protected from light, and the storage temperature should be below 8 degrees.
