Definition of Inverted Metallographic Microscope

Inverted metallographic microscope is an important instrument for metallographic research, mainly used to identify and analyze the internal structure of metals. Inverted metallographic microscopes can be used for quality research of casting, smelting, heat treatment, inspection of raw materials or analysis of materials after processing.

The inverted metallographic microscope system is an organic combination of traditional optical microscope and computer (digital camera) through photoelectric conversion. It can not only make microscopic observation on the eyepiece, but also observe real-time dynamics on the computer (digital camera) display screen. images, and can edit, save and print the required pictures.

Inverted Metallographic Microscope When operating, the observation surface of the sample is downward and coincides with the working surface, and there is no requirement for the height and parallelism of the sample, which is suitable for irregular or large samples. Inverted metallographic microscopes are widely used in factories, laboratories, teaching and scientific research and other fields.

Inverted Metallographic Microscope Phase Contrast Observation Method
The most commonly used observation method in an inverted microscope is phase contrast. Since this method does not require staining, it is ideal for observing living cells and microorganisms. the
The operation steps are as follows:
1. Turn on the machine and connect to the power supply. Turn on the electric control switch at the lower end of the mirror body. the

2. Place the object to be observed on the stage. Rotate the tripod to select the smaller objective. Observe and adjust the hinged binocular eyepieces for comfort. the

3. Adjust the light source: Push and pull to adjust the brightness adjuster at the lower end of the mirror body to the appropriate level. Adjust the size of the light source by adjusting the grating under the condenser. the

4. Adjust the image distance: turn the three-aperture converter to select an objective lens with a suitable multiple; replace and select a suitable eyepiece; at the same time adjust the lift to eliminate or reduce the halo around the image and improve the contrast of the image. the

5. Observation: Observe the results through the eyepiece; adjust the stage and select the observation field. the

6. Shut down, remove the observation object, push and pull the light source brightness adjuster to the darkest. Turn off the switch at the lower end of the mirror body and disconnect the power supply. Rotate the three-hole converter so that the objective lens is placed on the lower side of the stage to prevent dust from settling.
