① Multi‑Gas Detector Multi‑gas detectors are applied for concentration measurement of various mixed gases in diverse industrial and special environments. Adopting imported electrochemical / infrared gas sensors and microcontroller technology, they deliver fast response, high measurement accuracy, good stability and repeatability with competitive overall performance domestically. A multi‑gas detector can be fitted with multiple required gas‑detection sensors within one unit. Therefore, it features compact size, light weight, fast response and simultaneous multi‑gas concentration display. More importantly, multi‑gas detectors are more cost‑effective and easier to operate than several single diffusion‑type gas detectors. When selecting such devices, models with individual on/off control for each sensor are recommended to prevent one faulty sensor from affecting others. Equipped with highly‑reliable industrial‑grade electrochemical or infrared sensors, they feature high stability and maintenance‑free performance, reflecting advanced technical standards. Three programmable preset alarm points are available, each corresponding to one LED indicator.

 

A toxic‑gas alarm system consists of detectors and an alarm control main unit. It is widely deployed in petrochemical sectors such as petroleum, gas supply, chemical plants and oil depots where toxic‑gas hazards exist, to detect gas leaks in indoor and outdoor hazardous areas. It serves as critical equipment for production and personal safety. When toxic gas is present, the detector converts gas signals into voltage or current signals transmitted to the alarm controller, which displays the concentration reading. Audible‑visual alarms will trigger once the toxic‑gas concentration exceeds preset thresholds, prompting operators to take safety measures and prevent combustion‑explosion accidents.

 

Various toxic gases are generated in many industrial processes, which may cause poisoning without proper precautions. In particular, combustible toxic gases such as carbon monoxide may explode when mixed with air at certain concentrations upon exposure to ignition sources. The presence of toxic gases cannot be completely avoided, yet risks can be prevented. Timely detection of toxic‑gas presence and concentration together with proper countermeasures can minimize hazards and losses.
