Instrument common faults
1. The main optical path of the instrument does not light up, mainly due to.
(1) No voltage output from the instrument power supply;
(2) Transformer fuse blown;
(3) Light path system light source bulb or reading microscope bulb is damaged;
(4) instrument base and transformer wires are not connected.
2. Digital display box does not display, the main reasons are.
(1) instrument base and digital display box cable is not connected;
(2) Digital display box back panel switch is not open;
(3) Digital display box power cord is not plugged;
(4) instrument base grating sensor and digital display box between x, y coordinate signal cable is not connected;
(5) digital display box circuit short circuit, broken or damaged components.
3. Digital display box display strokes messy or unstable end display, the main reasons are.
(1) the microcomputer has not completed the automatic power-up, did not enter the normal procedure;
(2) segment or bit scanning failure, need to replace the segment or bit drive tube;
(3) the instrument near the source of vibration.
4. Digital display box suddenly alarm out or miss the number of records, the main reasons are.
(1) The table moves too fast;
(2) Signal cable wire contact is not good;
(3) boot time is too long;
(4) grating sensor main and vice grating gap changes caused by grating sensor signal is too small. Precautions for the use of the instrument
1. Turn on the power to warm up for 10min when measuring.
2. Don't move the table too fast, and be smooth when starting and stopping.
3. Move the table to avoid excessive lateral force and affect the grating gap changes.
4. When placing the test piece, hold it gently and put it down, and don't hit the grating head and grating scale cover with heavy pressure.
5. Printing two-way power supply should be turned on at the same time, and lock the worktable.
6. The scale should be cleaned regularly with alcohol ether.
