Explains the signal processing functions of infrared thermometers
Preparation
1. The acidometer should be placed flat on a workbench suitable for the use environment, and the bracket should be supported according to the visual angle.
2. Positional measurement method of pH value:
(1) Two-point positioning method (high-precision measurement method) (1) Connect the electrode circuit, move the reference electrode and the clean pH electrode that has been activated for more than 24 hours into the first standard buffer pH1 (for example, pH1=4.00), and wait After the instrument response is stable, adjust the positioning knob until the instrument displays "0.00"; (2) Take out the electrical level system from the first standard solution, rinse it with deionized water, use filter paper to absorb the moisture on the electrical level surface, and move it in In the second standard solution (for example, pH2=9.18), after the instrument response is stable, adjust the slope knob so that the acidometer displays (△pH=pH1- pH2=9.18-4.00=5.18). After that, the slope knob cannot be moved again unless it is replaced. Electrode system; (3) After the slope adjustment is completed, re-adjust the positioning knob so that the instrument displays the actual pH value (9.18) of the second standard solution. At this point, the 2-point positioning is completed; (4) Remove the electrode from the second standard solution Take it out, rinse it, blot it dry, and then move it into the solution to be tested. The value displayed after the instrument response is stable is the pH value of the solution to be tested.
(2) One-point positioning method (rough measurement method) (1) Adjust the temperature compensation knob to the solution temperature value; (2) Rotate the slope compensation knob to the left to the end; (3) Move the electrical level system into the standard solution (one point The method only uses one standard solution (for example, when pH=4.00), adjust the positioning knob so that the instrument displays "4.00"; (4) Take out the electric stage, rinse it to absorb the water, and then move it to the solution to be measured. The value displayed after the instrument response is stable. That is the pH value of the solution to be measured.
temperature measurement
1. Set the function selection to temperature.
2
.Insert the temperature probe into the jack, and place the temperature probe in environmental conditions or solution. After the instrument response is stable, the value displayed by the instrument is the environmental condition or solution temperature value.
Precautions
1. Carefully prepare the instrument before use.
2. If the display of the acidometer is unstable or jumps randomly after powering on or during measurement, the power should be cut off to check whether the voltage, preheating time, electrode system, etc. are normal.
3. When using different electrodes, attention should be paid to eliminating ion interference, selecting a good salt bridge, and using ionic strength fixatives when necessary.
4. Before the electrode system is removed from the first solution and moved into the second solution, it must be cleaned with deionized water or double distilled water, and then dried with filter paper to absorb surface moisture to avoid affecting the accuracy of the measurement results.
5. The instrument should be stored in a dry, clean and non-corrosive place. After each measurement, the power should be turned off, and the electrodes and temperature probe should be removed and stored properly. After cleaning, the glass electrode can be immersed in deionized water for later use (note that the water surface should not be lower than the glass bulb). After cleaning the calomel electrode, put on a rubber cap and store it in a matching box. If the filling liquid in the calomel electrode leaks or becomes unsaturated, When the salt bridge is interrupted, the saturated internal filling fluid should be replenished in time.
6. This type of instrument uses large-scale integrated circuits and has a high input resistance. When repairing and welding any parts inside the instrument, you should use a soldering iron with a good ground wire below 45W. The power plug should be unplugged for soldering irons without a ground wire. welding.
