1, the size of the temperature measurement target and the relationship between the temperature measurement distance: at different distances, the effective diameter of the measurable target D is different, and thus in the measurement of small targets to pay attention to the target distance. Infrared thermometer distance coefficient K is defined as: the measured target distance L and the measured target diameter D ratio, that is, K = L/D


2, the choice of the measured substance emissivity: infrared thermometer is generally based on the black body (emissivity ε = 1.00) graduation, and in fact, the emissivity of the substance are less than 1.00. Therefore, in the need to measure the true temperature of the target, the emissivity value must be set. The emissivity of the material can be found from the "data about the emissivity of the object in the radiation thermometry".
3, the measurement of the target in the bright background: if the target has a brighter background light (especially by the sun or strong lamps), the accuracy of the measurement will be affected, so we can use the object to block the target's bright light to eliminate the background light interference.


4, the measurement of small targets
(1) the pyrometer should be fixed on the tripod (optional accessories)


(2) the need for precise focusing, that is: with the eyepiece in the small black dot on the target (the target should be full of small black dots), the lens will be adjusted back and forth, the eyes slightly shaken, if the measured small black dots with no relative movement between them, then the focusing has been completed


5. Temperature output function
(1) digital signal output - RS232, RS485, temperature signal transmission


(2) Analogue signal output - 0 ~ 5V, 1 ~ 5V, 0 ~ 10V, 0/4 ~ 20 mA, can be added to the closed-loop control.


(3) high alarm, low alarm - the production process requires the control of the temperature in a certain range, you can set the high and low alarm values. High alarm: In the case of high alarm setting open, when the temperature is higher than the high alarm value, the corresponding LED flashes, the buzzer sounds, and the AH normally open relay turns on.
