Fluke 902 FC True RMS HVAC Clamp Meter Improves Field Productivity

Everett, WA, USA, January 25, 2016 – Fluke Corporation is proud to introduce the Fluke 902 FC True RMS HVAC Clamp Meter, a wireless Fluke Connect® Clamp Meter that greatly improves HVAC Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician Productivity. With the Fluke 902 FC, technicians can record and archive measurements in the field, email results to customers, and collaborate directly with colleagues on the job site in real time.

Rugged CAT III 600V / CAT IV 300V class clamp meter for basic HVAC system measurements - mA capability for testing flame sensors, resistance up to 60 kΩ, AC current, AC/DC voltage, capacitance and Touch temperature measurement and more - no need to carry multiple tools. Its compact size is easy to hold and the jaws are ideal for tight workspaces.

Part of Fluke's largest test system, Fluke Connect, which includes more than 40 wireless test tools, the 902 FC can transmit measurements to a smartphone or tablet for detailed analysis later, or upload those measurements to the cloud. Technicians can combine measurement data from multiple Fluke Connect test tools, create reports on the job site and share via email, and collaborate with colleagues using ShareLive™ video calling or email to increase productivity.

Using this clamp meter technician reduces the frequency of needing to wear personal protective equipment when operating high voltage/high current distribution cabinets. Simply close the panel, verify that the panel is de-energized using standard safety procedures, place the clamp meter, and sync it with your smartphone using the Fluke Connect mobile app, then close the panel, power up, and A safe distance can be measured.
