Function and requirements of DC regulated power supply
With the rapid development of power electronics technology, DC power supply is widely used, and its quality directly affects the performance of electrical equipment or control systems. DC regulated power supply has the following basic functions and requirements.
1. The output voltage value can be arbitrarily set below the rated output voltage value and work normally.
2. The steady current value of the output current can be arbitrarily set below the rated output current value and work normally.
3. For DC regulated power supply with precise requirements for output voltage and current value, multi-turn potentiometers and voltage and current trimming potentiometers are generally used, or direct digital input.
4. There must be a perfect protection circuit. The DC stabilized power supply should not be damaged when the output terminal is short-circuited and in abnormal working state, and can work normally after the abnormal situation is eliminated.
5. The steady state and steady current state of the DC stabilized power supply can be automatically converted and have corresponding state indications.
6. Accurate display and identification are required for the output voltage value and current value.
The DC regulated power supply occupies a very important position in the power supply technology. The commonly used DC regulated power supply requires stable voltage, reliable operation and sufficient power.
