Operation of high-voltage switch test power supply
(1) Firstly, select the power cord that matches the test object and connect the 380VAC or 220VAC power supply to the power input terminal of the instrument. At this time, the stop button indicator light will light up.
(2) Press the start button on the instrument, the indicator light on the start button will light up, and the indicator light on the stop button will turn off.
(3) Adjust the potentiometer to the desired DC voltage value.
(4) After adjusting the output voltage, the corresponding load can be connected to the switch on the panel for testing.
Precautions for high-voltage switch testing power supply
(1) This instrument should be placed in a dry and ventilated environment, and there should be no significant vibration during transportation.
(2) After the device is powered on, do not directly touch the DC output terminal.
(3) The displayed value between the DC voltage output terminals of the instrument is not the actual output voltage value.
(4) If there is no load resistor that can be replaced, when using the instrument, a dummy load can be connected to the output terminal (2 100W light bulbs in series), and the operation can be carried out according to the instructions.
(5) The RL and DC voltage output terminals are in parallel. After the instrument is powered on, do not directly touch the RL terminal.
(6) To avoid the impact of DC voltage on the load resistance, do not increase the output voltage to 100% at once when adjusting the voltage.
