GP2303C type DC regulated power supply two output modes
Constant voltage output mode: When the external circuit load does not reach the current limit, the power supply adopts constant voltage output mode, the AC/DC indicator light is green, and the output current of the power supply is determined by the load demand of the external circuit.
Constant current output mode: When the load current of the external circuit reaches the current limit, the power supply adopts constant current output mode, and the AC/DC indicator light is red. At this time, due to the influence of the power supply current limit, the output voltage of the power supply will drop below the set output voltage value.
Therefore, in order to make the GP2303C DC regulated power supply work in the ordinary constant voltage output mode, it is necessary to set the appropriate operating voltage and limit current.
GP2303C DC regulated power supply is a dual-channel power supply that can achieve dual-channel output. Here, first, take the CH1 channel as an example to introduce the application of single-channel output current limiting and voltage limiting.
1. Turn on the power switch. Under no-load conditions, turn on the output switch and gently turn the voltage knob of the CH1 channel clockwise from the zero position to make it work in constant voltage mode.
2. Shorten the positive and negative poles of CH1 output power to make the DC stable power supply work in constant current mode.
3. Adjust the current knob of CH1 to set the output current to constant current mode, which is the maximum current in constant voltage mode. If the current does not change significantly when adjusting the current knob, first adjust the VOTLAGE knob of CH1 slightly clockwise, and then adjust the current knob.
4. Cancel the short-circuit state of CH1 output, adjust the voltage of CH1's voltage knob, and set the output voltage to constant voltage mode.
5. The output current limit and voltage limit of the DC regulated power supply have been set. Turn off the output button and wait for the circuit to connect.
It is worth noting that when adjusting the parameters of the DC regulated power supply, do not connect the external circuit load to avoid damage to the external circuit load caused by incorrect settings.
