2, check the machine shell is not loose, the port has not been damaged during transport, confirm that the three-phase air switch is in the disconnected position.


3,Find out the power input line, connect the leads respectively, and plug and screw the remote control line to the concave and convex part of the socket.


4, the back of the chassis shell lower left corner of the " " mark, please connect to the earth to prevent static electricity.


5,Rotate the power adjustment knob ⑤ counterclockwise to the bottom (minimum state).


6, close the air switch, at this time the fan began to rotate, power indicator ① light. Fault light ④ will flash several times and then go out.


7, "work / standby" switch ② to "standby" gear, and then dial to "work" gear.


8, clockwise rotation of the adjustment knob ⑤, when the "voltage regulator / current regulator" switch is placed in the "voltage regulator" gear, the voltmeter reading increases to the required value, the ammeter according to the size of the load to make the corresponding instructions; when the "voltage regulator / current regulator" switch is placed in the "voltage regulator" gear, the voltmeter reading increases to the required value. When the "voltage/current regulator" switch is placed in the "current regulator" gear, under load, the ammeter reading increases to the required value, and the voltmeter makes corresponding indication according to the load size; when there is no load, rotate the adjusting knob clockwise, the voltage indicates the *higher value, and the ammeter indicates zero.


9, turn off the power should be the first to adjust the knob counterclockwise to the end, the "work / standby" switch to "standby" gear, disconnect the air switch.


10, the normal operation of the machine, the shell due to the influence of high-frequency magnetic field will produce eddy currents to make the shell heat, and there is static electricity, is a normal phenomenon.


11, water-cooled switching power supply, in the water inlet to connect the water pipe, the water outlet connected to the water pipe, check whether the water inlet is smooth, the machine has been adjusted at the factory water pressure switch, work, can not be lower than the adjusted water pressure.


After the above operation, if there is no anomaly, that the power supply is intact, connect the load can work normally.
