High Power Microscope Overview characteristics of a high power microscope
It is used for observation research and analysis of tiny targets within a specific range on the surface of large objects. The instrument is equipped with a mechanical stage with a large moving range, an epi-illuminator, a long-distance plan achromatic objective lens, and a wide-field eyepiece. The image is clear and the contrast is good. It is also equipped with a built-in polarizing observation device.
Introduction
It is suitable for observation, research and analysis of tiny targets within a specific range on the surface of large objects. The instrument is equipped with a mechanical stage with a large moving range, an epi-illuminator, a long-distance plan achromatic objective lens, and a wide-field eyepiece. The image is clear and the contrast is good. It is also equipped with a built-in polarizing observation device.
features
1. Equipped with wide-field eyepieces and long-distance plan achromat objectives, the field of view is large and clear.
2. Equipped with a stage with a large moving range, it can move quickly and slowly.
3. Coarse and fine motion coaxial focusing mechanism, coarse motion is adjustable, with limit locking device, fine motion scale value: 2μm.
4. 6V20W halogen lamp with adjustable brightness.
5. The trinocular lens tube can be switched freely for normal observation, and it can perform 100% light-transmitting photography with a unique anti-mold system.
operation method
1. Take mirror and install
1. Hold the mirror arm with your right hand and drag the mirror base with your left hand.
2. Place the microscope about 7 cm away from the edge of the experimental table, slightly to the left, and install the eyepiece and objective lens.
2. Against the light
3. Turn the converter to align the low-magnification objective lens with the light hole (the distance between the front end of the objective lens and the stage should be kept 5 to 10 mm).
4. Align a larger aperture with the light hole, look at the eyepiece with one eye, open the other eye, turn the reflector, so that the light is reflected into the lens barrel through the light hole. You can see the white light through the eyepiece circular field of view.
3. Observation
5. Put the slide specimen to be observed on the stage, and press it with a pressure clamp, and the specimen should be facing the center of the light hole.
6. Turn the coarse quasi-focus screw to lower the lens barrel slowly until the objective lens is close to the slide specimen (the eyes must look at the objective lens at this time, and the experimenter's eyes should look between the objective lens and the specimen to avoid collision between the objective lens and the specimen ).
7. Look inside the eyepiece with one eye, and at the same time turn the coarse focusing screw counterclockwise to make the lens barrel rise slowly until the object can be seen clearly. Then turn the fine focusing screw slightly to make the seen object clearer.
4. Wipe and close the lens
8. If necessary, wipe the eyepiece with the lens cleaning paper next to it, and put it back in place.
use
High-power microscopes can be used to identify and analyze the organizational structure of various metals, alloy materials, and non-metallic substances, and are widely used in the electronics, chemical industry, and instrumentation industries to observe opaque substances. Such as metal materials, solar panels, integrated circuits, electronic chips, circuit boards, large liquid crystal panels and other non-metallic materials, research and analysis of some surface conditions, etc. This instrument is an ideal instrument for colleges and universities, precision engineering, scientific research institutions, factories, etc.
