How is an infrared thermometer calibrated?

How to calibrate the infrared thermometer? What is the way to calibrate the infrared thermometer? Infrared thermometer calibration simply means that it is not accurate, or how to make it accurate. There are two types of inspection report and calibration certificate produced by the infrared thermometer calibration and measurement department:

1. Inspection report: it is to detect the temperature point specified by the infrared thermometer, and give the criterion according to the product standard, whether it is qualified or not.

2. Calibration certificate: It is to detect the temperature point specified by the infrared thermometer, and give the comparison value between the standard temperature and the actual reading of your product.

For the user, a "Calibration Certificate" is better. However, neither of these two certificates can make the deviated products more accurate. To be accurate, especially for infrared thermometers, only the manufacturer can do it, which is called "calibration" professionally.
In addition, if it is an online infrared thermometer, it can be "checked" by other methods.
Infrared thermometer calibration is a cumbersome procedure that requires professional personnel to calibrate, and must go to the measurement department or the product manufacturer for calibration
