How is the liquid in the level filled?
In the process of making the level gauge, how to put the liquid into the level gauge and make the air bubbles in the center is the key to the measurement accuracy of the whole level gauge. Next, I will introduce the liquid filling process of the level gauge:
1. Put the body of the spirit level on the machine and dig out several holes. These holes will be filled with level bubbles containing air bubbles and used as handles.
2. Melt the plastic and injection mold it into an arc-shaped vial as a vial. One end of the injected vial is sealed and the other end is left with an opening.
3. The vials are sent to the mechanical claw through the vibrating disc feeder. The mechanical claw holds each vial and rotates to turn the opening upward, and injects the mixed liquid into the vial. The same amount of liquid must be injected into each vial, leaving only space required for the formation of air bubbles.
4. The mechanical claw covers the vial with a plastic cap, and the plastic cap is welded to the vial by an ultrasonic welding machine to seal the liquid in the vial.
5. The horizontal bubble with bubbles will be photographed by the camera, and the computer will automatically detect the size and position of the bubbles to judge whether it is qualified, and the vial will be rolled on the machine, seated, and the two indicator lines will be heat-transferred on the vial.
6. At this time, the vials have to be inspected again. The qualified vials will enter the solid welding system, which will inject molten plastic into the gap to form the base of the horizontal bubble, and then put the horizontal bubble with the base into the ruler body In the opening, fix it with glue.
