Zero point adjustment of thermogravimetric analyzer temperature measuring instrument:


1. Insert the cold end (blue end) of the water temperature thermocouple and the sample thermocouple into the ice water insulation barrel, add water into the test insulation barrel, turn on the mixer, put the sample thermocouple into the position of the water temperature thermocouple, Connect the wires between the thermocouple and the meter, and power on the meter for about half an hour.


2. Observe whether there is a difference between the two temperature values. If there is a difference, you can modify the Sc parameter of the instrument. The specific operation is as follows.


3. Record the difference between the temperature of the sample thermocouple and the water temperature thermocouple, press the "0" key of the sample temperature instrument and hold it for about 2 seconds to enter the parameter setting state. Press the "0" key in the parameter setting state, the instrument will display each parameter in turn, the parameter lock LOC setting 808 enters to modify the parameters, press the "0" key continuously to display the Sc parameter, and use the "▲" and "▼" keys to modify the parameter value, Eliminate the difference between the sample thermocouple temperature and the water temperature thermocouple.
