How much do you know about microscopes?

Nowadays, there are more and more uses of USB microscopes. In addition to the portability and plug-and-play features of USB microscopes, there are many other advantages worth considering. It is suitable for skin inspection, hair root inspection, textile inspection, biological observation, gemstone identification, scope expander, assisting the visually impaired to read, printing inspection, industrial inspection, etc. It can be said to be used in a wide range.

What is the structure of a USB microscope?

USB microscopes are generally elongated cylinders with a length of about 15 cm and a diameter of about 3 cm. The front end has many LED lamp grains, as a lighting tool, the body has a button to adjust the brightness; the rear end has a button for taking pictures and sampling. The USB microscope is connected to the computer through the USB data cable. When the software and driver are installed, video recording, photographing and measurement can be performed. The function of image observation is extremely convenient in use.

What is the magnification of USB microscope?

Generally 100 to 400 times. There are two types of USB microscopes produced by our company: type A, which can magnify six times, 30, 60, 110, 160, 170, 210; type B, which can magnify two times, 20, 400. When the magnification is required to be 400 times or more due to observation needs, it is not recommended for customers to use a USB microscope for observation, because the high-magnification definition of the USB microscope is not satisfactory, and the illumination and resolution cannot meet the observation requirements. It is recommended to choose Metallographic microscope for observation.

How to operate the software of USB microscope?

The USB microscope software is extremely convenient to operate, and the menu layout is simple. A Measurement: Take a snapshot of the image and enter the actual magnification value in the magnification column to measure the length, diameter, circumference, angle and other parameters of the item. B Recording: In the case of real-time observation interface, click the recording button to start recording.
