How to adapt the magnification observation of stereomicroscope to different requirements
Stereo microscopes are used for three-dimensional inspection and observation of electronic parts, integrated circuit boards, rotary tools, magnets, etc. Based on the fact that these different measured objects need to be observed at different magnifications, this can be solved in many ways. a. Can pass mechanical properties b. Can choose light source illumination c. Can pass optical properties d. Can adapt to these different requirements through video observation. .
a·Mechanical properties: When encountering some areas of welding, assembly, large integrated circuit board inspection and working distance requirements, we can solve the problem through mechanical properties, such as universal brackets, rocker arm brackets, large mobile platforms, etc. With their performance characteristics, when detecting large objects, our inspection work can be completed directly through the bracket and platform. There is no need to move our measured object. For example: Company A, because the circuit board to be inspected is relatively large and requires subtle tilt observation, it is difficult to move the circuit board, and the inspection work can only be completed through mechanical movement. The use of a universal bracket can meet these usage requirements at the same time.
b. Light source illumination: Light source illumination plays a vital role in whether the object being measured can be seen clearly. When choosing lighting, it must be based on the characteristics of the object being measured (its light requirements, strong\weak\ Reflective, etc.) to choose the corresponding lighting tools and lighting methods. If the transmission and oblique illumination that comes with general stereo microscopes cannot meet your lighting needs, we have also prepared LED cold light source lamps, circular lights, single/double fiber optic cold light source lamps, etc. for you.
c. Optical performance: According to the observation requirements of the object being measured, problems such as large magnification and large field of view can be solved by selecting different eyepieces\objectives. When only high magnification is required, you can replace the high-magnification eyepiece and objective lens. When you require a wide field of view, you can meet the requirement by changing the objective lens, reducing the eyepiece size, or changing to a wide field of view eyepiece.
d. Video observation: When the optical magnification is not enough, electronic magnification can be used to compensate. When observing at the same time and want to be able to store and retain, we can choose video. There are many video methods: 1. It can be directly through the monitor. 2. It can be connected to a computer (through a digital CCD or analog CCD image capture card). 3. It can be connected to a digital camera (different digital cameras should consider different interfaces and compatibility with the microscope).
